We provide repair, maintenance, and technical support services for Lenovo products including but not limited to:

- Desktop computers and workstations
- Tablets and mobile devices
- Smartphones
- Servers and enterprise equipment
- Accessories and peripherals
3. Warranty and Service Terms
3.1 Manufacturer Warranty: Devices under active Lenovo manufacturer warranty will be serviced according to Lenovo's warranty terms and conditions.
3.2 Out-of-Warranty Service: Devices outside warranty coverage will incur service fees for parts and labor. You will receive a detailed quote before any paid work begins.
3.3 Service Estimate: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on diagnostic findings.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Data Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up all data before service. We are not responsible for any data loss during repair or service procedures.
4.2 Passwords: You must provide all necessary passwords and access credentials required to diagnose and repair your device.
4.3 Authenticity: You warrant that the device submitted for service is legally owned by you and not stolen or obtained through fraudulent means.
4.4 Device Pickup: Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notice. Devices left beyond this period may incur storage fees.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
5.2 No Data Recovery Guarantee: While we take precautions to preserve data, we do not guarantee data preservation or recovery during repairs.
5.3 Third-Party Software: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, unauthorized modifications, or user-installed applications.
6. Repair Process and Timeline
6.1 Diagnostic Period: Initial diagnostics typically take 2-5 business days. Complex issues may require additional time.
6.2 Parts Availability: Repair timelines depend on parts availability. We will notify you of any delays in parts procurement.
6.3 Approval Required: No paid repairs will be performed without your explicit approval of the quoted cost.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers as specified at our location.
7.2 Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply for out-of-warranty devices if repairs are not authorized.
7.3 Full Payment Required: Full payment is required before device release unless otherwise arranged.
8. Service Guarantee
Repairs performed by our center are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service completion against defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover new damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
9. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices to recover storage and administrative costs.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
