3.3 Service Estimate: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on diagnostic findings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Data Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up all data before service. We are not responsible for any data loss during repair or service procedures.

4.2 Passwords: You must provide all necessary passwords and access credentials required to diagnose and repair your device.

4.3 Authenticity: You warrant that the device submitted for service is legally owned by you and not stolen or obtained through fraudulent means.

4.4 Device Pickup: Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notice. Devices left beyond this period may incur storage fees.

5.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

6. Repair Process and Timeline

6.1 Diagnostic Period: Initial diagnostics typically take 2-5 business days. Complex issues may require additional time.

6.2 Parts Availability: Repair timelines depend on parts availability. We will notify you of any delays in parts procurement.

6.3 Approval Required: No paid repairs will be performed without your explicit approval of the quoted cost.

7. Payment Terms

Devices not collected within 90 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices to recover storage and administrative costs.
